(By Request) AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF EPINEPHRINE IN PUBLIC VENUES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to authorize public venues, 1 including, but not limited to, restaurants, youth organizations' sports 2 facilities, theme parks, sports arenas and day care facilities, to stock 3 and make available trained nonmedical staff to administer emergency 4 epinephrine in cartridge injectors to individuals who are experiencing 5 anaphylactic symptoms. 6 Statement of Purpose: To make emergency epinephrine in cartridge injectors more widely available to people who suffer anaphylactic symptoms in public venues.
