AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL BUS SAFETY AND PASSENGER
AND PEDESTRIAN SAFETY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to review and 1
increase the penalties for traffic violations involving a school bus. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To review and increase penalties for traffic violations involving a
school bus.
