AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FLAVORED ELECTRONIC
CIGARETTE LIQUID AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of flavored 1 Proposed Bill No. 6404

electronic cigarette liquid for use in electronic nicotine delivery 2
systems and tobacco products. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the sale of flavored electronic cigarette liquid for use in
electronic nicotine delivery systems and tobacco products.
