AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE EDUCATION RESOURCE
CENTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 179a of the general statutes be amended to provide the 1
State Education Resource Center more autonomy in its management 2
and operation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide more autonomy to the State Education Resource Center.
