AN ACT CONCERNING SAFE SCHOOL TRANSFERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-222d of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the inclusion of a provision in a school district's safe school climate 2
plan that gives the parent or guardian of a student who has been 3
bullied the option of transferring to another school for safety purposes. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow parents and guardians of bullied students that option of
transferring to a new school for safety purposes.
