AN ACT REQUIRING UTILITY COMPANIES TO REPLACE OUTDATED
ENERGY TRANSFORMERS WITH NEW EQUIPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require all utility 1
companies to replace outdated energy transformers with new 2
equipment. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require utility companies to replace outdated energy transformers
with new equipment.
