AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO PROHIBIT THE USE OF
PESTICIDES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to 1
prohibit the use of pesticides on private property within the 2
boundaries of such municipality. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide local control of pesticide use.
