Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a framework for a 1
regional collaborative on assessing the cost of carbon energy on fossil 2
fuel energy users. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To assess the true cost of carbon energy on fossil fuel users.
