AN ACT ELIMINATING THE BUSINESS ENTITY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-284b of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the business entity tax by the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2020. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the business entity tax by the fiscal year commencing July
1, 2020.
