AN ACT IMPOSING A TAX ON LIQUID VAPING PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to impose a tax on liquid 1 Proposed Bill No. 6464
LCO No. 3274 2 of 2
vaping products at the same percentage rate as other tobacco products. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To impose a tax on liquid vaping products at the same percentage rate
as other tobacco products.
