AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT MEDIATION PROGRAM FOR THE
RESOLUTION OF CONDOMINIUM -RELATED DISPUTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 882 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Chief Court Administrator to establish a pilot mediation program for 2
the resolution of condominium-related disputes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot mediation program for the resolution of
condominium-related disputes.
