AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE HISPANIC AND COMMUNITIES OF
COLOR NONPROFIT STABILIZATION AND GROWTH FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create and fund the 1
Hispanic and Communities of Color Nonprofit Stabilization and 2
Growth Fund to improve services for Hispanic persons and 3
communities of color by providing assistance to community-based 4
organizations with capacity building, training and technical assistance. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To improve services for Hispanic persons and communities of color by
providing assistance to community-based organizations with capacity
building, training and technical assistance.
