AN ACT CONCERNING A LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL AND
TRANSGENDER HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES NETWORK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a state-wide 1
coalition of providers, community centers, and researchers working 2
collectively to (1) advocate for state level policies and resources to 3
advance lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) health, and (2) 4
help build capacity to foster a safer and more supportive state for all 5
LGBT residents. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a statewide LGBT health and human services network to
advance LGBT health and build capacity to foster a safer and more
supportive state for LGBT residents.
