AN ACT PROTECTING A MORTGAGOR FROM AN UNREASONABLE INVASION OF HIS OR HER PROPERTY BY A MORTGAGE HOLDER. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: No secured lender shall, based upon any clause or term of a 1 mortgage, including, but not limited to, any term permitting the 2 secured party to enter or secure the collateral property, enter onto on 3 into the collateral property without permission of the mortgagor or an 4 order of the Superior Court after a hearing. 5 Statement of Purpose: To protect a homeowner from an unwanted and unreasonable invasion of his or her property by a mortgage holder.
