AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF PREJUDGMENT REMEDIES IN
MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ACTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 903a of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
that a prejudgment remedy shall not be available in any medical 2
malpractice action. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of prejudgment remedies in medical malpractice
actions.
