AN ACT CONCERNING JUVENILE OFFENDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 46b-127 of the general statutes be amended to adjust 1
the automatic transfer procedures to require that a case be kept sealed 2
after transfer to the regular criminal docket of the Superior Court until 3
a final determination is made that the case will not be transferred back 4
to the docket for juvenile matters. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To adjust the automatic transfer guidelines to keep a case sealed until
the determination by the adult court on where the case is to be heard.
