AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF FIREARMS BY CONVICTED
STALKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the purchase, 1
transfer, or possession and use of a firearm by an individual who has 2
been convicted for stalking, threatening or harassing behaviors. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the purchase, transfer, or possession and use of a firearm
by an individual who has been convicted for stalking, threatening or
harassing behaviors.
