AN ACT PERMITTING PATIENTS WITH NEUROPATHIC PAIN TO 
ENGAGE IN THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to include neuropathic pain as 1 
a debilitating medical condition that allows a qualifying patient to 2 
engage in the palliative use of marijuana. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To provide patients with pain relief for neuropathic pain.
