HOMES BY THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Developmental Services to provide additional oversight over group 2
homes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide additional oversight over group homes.
