AN ACT CONCERNING NOTIFICATION REGARDING NURSERY
SCHOOLS CONTAINING LEAD PAINT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require notification of a 1
parent, guardian or caregiver of a child attending a nursery school that 2
has been determined or suspected to contain lead paint. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the safety of children attending a nursery school determined
to contain lead paint.
