AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREVENTION OF HIV.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase access to 1
preventative and prophylactic interventions by minors who are at risk 2
of exposure to the human immunodeficiency virus. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to preventative and prophylactic interventions for
minors who are at risk of exposure to HIV.
