Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a pilot program be established to permit certain municipalities 1
to charge conveyance fees on property transfers and use such fees to 2
fund affordable housing initiatives. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot program to permit certain municipalities to charge
conveyance fees on property transfers and use such fees to fund
affordable housing initiatives.
