AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN
INSPECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 52-557n of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
municipalities from liability for inspections undertaken pursuant to 2
the permitting requirements of municipal separate storm sewer 3
systems programs. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt municipalities from liability for inspections undertaken
pursuant to the permitting requirements of municipal separate storm
sewer systems programs.
