AN ACT CONCERNING SAFETY AND SECURITY IN PLACES OF
WORSHIP AND OTHER COMMUNITY VENUES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection 1
study and develop safety and security protocols for places of worship 2
and other venues in the community that are open to the public and 3
could be potential targets for acts of mass violence. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To develop safety and security protocols for places of worship and
other venues in the community that are open to the public and could
be potential targets for acts of mass violence.
