AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT INTELLIGENCE CENTER
UNIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 29-1b of the general statutes be amended to require that 1
the Connecticut Intelligence Center Unit be within the Department of 2
Emergency Services and Public Protection's Division of Emergency 3
Management and Homeland Security. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To organize the Connecticut Intelligence Center Unit within the
Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection's Division of
Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
