AN ACT CONCERNING A STATE INFRASTRUCTURE BANK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an infrastructure 1
bank authorized to raise capital, borrow in public markets and invest 2
in and develop the state's infrastructure. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage development of the state's infrastructure.
