AN ACT CONCERNING CREDIT RATING AGENCIES AND
INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN HOUSING AUTHORITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to change the requirements 1
for reporting payments by individuals living in housing authorities to 2
credit rating agencies. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To change the reporting of payments by people living in housing
authorities to credit rating agencies.
