AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROCEDURES FOR THE WITHDRAWAL
FROM AND DISSOLUTION OF REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That part III of chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to 1
clarify the procedures governing the dissolution of a regional school 2
district or the withdrawal of a member town from a regional school 3
district. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify the procedures for the withdrawal from and dissolution of
regional school districts.
