AN ACT CONCERNING CURRICULUM ABOUT SEXUAL 
HARASSMENT, SEXUAL ASSAULT, ADOLESCENT RELATIONSHIP 
ABUSE AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING PREVENTION. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require that each 1 
local and regional school district ensure that students in grades seven 2 
to twelve, inclusive, receive comprehensive education about sexual 3 
harassment, sexual assault, adolescent relationship abuse, intimate 4 
partner violence and human trafficking, including commercial sexual 5 
exploitation. 6 
Statement of Purpose:   
To require that each local and regional school district ensure that 
students in grades seven to twelve, inclusive, receive comprehensive 
education about sexual harassment, sexual assault, adolescent 
relationship abuse, intimate partner violence and human trafficking, 
including commercial sexual exploitation.
