Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require individuals who 1 install solar energy systems to complete an electrician apprenticeship 2 before installing solar energy systems on residential or commercial 3 facilities in the state. 4 Statement of Purpose: To require individuals who install solar energy systems to complete an electrician apprenticeship.
