AN ACT REQUIRING THE OFFICE OF CONSUMER COUNSEL TO
STUDY CAPPING CABLE PRICES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require the Office 1
of Consumer Counsel to study the feasibility of capping cable prices 2
for senior citizens. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Office of Consumer Counsel to study capping cable
prices for senior citizens.
