Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish stricter emission 1
standards for small-spark ignition engines such as lawn mowers and 2
snow blowers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish stricter emission standards for small-spark ignition
engines such as lawn mowers and snow blowers.
