AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF NIP BOTTLES IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of nip 1
bottles in the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce litter and municipal and road maintenance expense.
