ANIMAL ABUSERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit persons convicted 1
of animal abuse from adopting animals. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit persons convicted of animal abuse from adopting animals.
