AN ACT EXPANDING ELIGIBILITY FOR THE USE OF ABSENTEE
BALLOTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the 1
restrictions on eligibility to cast an absentee ballot. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for increased eligibility to cast an absentee ballot by
eliminating restrictions thereon.
