AN ACT ALLOWING THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING TO ALLOCATE
FUNDS TO CONNECTICUT FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS INDEMNITY
COMPANY, LLC BY MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the Department of 1
Housing to allocate funds for the purpose of assisting owners of 2
residential buildings having concrete foundations that have 3
deteriorated due to the presence of pyrrhotite to the Connecticut 4
Foundation Solutions Indemnity Company, LLC by memorandum of 5
understanding. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the Department of Housing to allocate funds to the
Connecticut Foundation Solutions Indemnity Company, LLC.
