AN ACT CONCERNING THE COST OF TELECOMMUNICATION
SERVICES FOR INMATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 18 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Correction to provide certain telecommunication 2
services to inmates free of cost. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for certain telecommunication services at no cost for
inmates of correctional facilities.
