AN ACT CONCERNING THRESHOLD AMOUNTS FOR FALSE
STATEMENTS OR FAILURES TO DISCLOSE REGARDING
UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS, CONTRIBUTIONS OR OTHER
PAYMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 31-273 of the general statutes be amended to change the 1
threshold amounts in subsection (f) of said section from five hundred 2
to two thousand dollars. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the threshold amounts regarding false statements or
failures to disclose regarding unemployment benefits, contributions
and other payments.
