AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TO PUBLISH
THE PREVAILING RATE OF WAGES AND WAGE DETERMINATIONS
ON THE DEPARTMENT'S INTERNET WEB SITE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 31 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Labor to publish the prevailing rate of wages and wage 2
determinations on the department's Internet web site in a 3
downloadable form. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Labor to publish the prevailing rate of
wages and wage determinations on the department's Internet web site
in a downloadable form.
