AN ACT EXPANDING THE DEFINITION OF "RESIDENTIAL BUILDING"
IN STATUTES PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO CERTAIN
HOMEOWNERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-440 of the general statutes be amended to revise the 1
definition of "residential building" to include any condominium unit or 2
dwelling in a planned unit development. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To revise the definition of "residential building" to include any
condominium unit or dwelling in a planned unit development.
