AN ACT RAISING THE MINIMUM AGE TO PURCHASE TOBACCO
AND VAPOR PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to raise the minimum age to 1
purchase tobacco products and vapor products to twenty-one. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the minimum age to purchase tobacco and vapor products to
twenty-one.
