AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL SECURITY AND SAFETY PLANS OF
LOCAL AND REGIONAL BOARDS OF EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 10-222n of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to 2
reexamine and streamline the school security and safety plan 3
documentation required of local and regional boards of education. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Emergency Services and Public
Protection to reexamine and streamline the school security and safety
plan documentation required of local and regional boards of
education.
