AN ACT PERMITTING MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS TO REGISTER
LARGE COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES ONLINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to allow motor 1
vehicle dealers to register large commercial motor vehicles through the 2
Department of Motor Vehicle's dealer online registration program and 3
to ensure such program permits the submission of a United States 4
Department of Transportation number. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To permit motor vehicle dealers to register large commercial motor
vehicles online and thereby create efficiencies and make the process
more convenient.
