AN ACT CONCERNING WARTIME VETERANS AND FEE WAIVERS AT
STATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to provide that any 1
fee charged by any state institution of higher education shall be 2
waived for any veteran who has performed service in time of war and 3
who is enrolled in such state institution of higher education. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state's institutions of higher education to waive all fees
for veterans who performed service in time of war.
