AN ACT MAKING GRANTS AVAILABLE FROM THE PUBLIC,
EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMMING AND
EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT (PEGPETIA).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-331ii of the general statutes be repealed. 1
Statement of Purpose:
To use PEGPETIA funds for their intended purpose of educating
students and supporting school video services.
