AN ACT EXCLUDING MILEAGE AND OTHER REIMBURSEMENTS TO
LEGISLATORS FROM THE CALCULATION OF RETIREMENT
INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exclude mileage and other 1
reimbursements received by legislators from the calculations of base 2
salary for purposes of determining retirement income. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate any mileage or other reimbursements from the calculation
of legislators' pensions.
