AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF FUNDS FROM THE DRUG
ASSETS FORFEITURE REVOLVING ACCOUNT FOR DRUG
TREATMENT BEDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 54-36i of the general statutes be amended to require 1
that a portion of the funds in the drug assets forfeiture revolving 2
account be used to increase inpatient services in drug treatment 3
facilities located in Connecticut. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase drug treatment options in Connecticut.
