AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PRINCIPAL
INDUCTION PILOT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
principal induction pilot program that standardize principal induction 2
programs across the state and places emphasis on including principles 3
of executive leadership and exposure to workforce development as key 4
tenets in a beginning principal's professional development. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To partner with Connecticut businesses and education leaders to
establish a principal induction pilot program that emphasizes
principles of executive leadership and exposure to workforce
development.
