AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF CRAFT BEER IN GIFT
BASKETS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow craft beer to be sold 1
with gift baskets in the same way that wine is sold with gift baskets. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow craft beer to be sold with gift baskets in the same way that
wine is sold with gift baskets.
