AN ACT CONCERNING CONTRACTOR AND APPRENTICE HIRING
RATIOS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to change the current 1
contractor and apprenticeship hiring ratio to reduce the ratio for 2
apprentices from a one to three hiring ratio to a one to two hiring ratio. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the hiring ratio for apprentices.
